ROM Reception & Pre-Screening
Run-of-Mine coal is delivered to designated tipping areas where oversized material and foreign objects are removed, and scalping screens separate fines to reduce crusher load.
Primary & Secondary Crushing
Feeder breakers, roll crushers and similar coal-specific equipment reduce material to manageable and then intermediate sizes while preserving product quality.
Screening & Classification
Multi-deck vibrating screens separate coal into specific size fractions according to customer requirements, with oversized material automatically recirculated.
Stockpiling & Dispatch
