- ROM Reception & Pre-Screening Run-of-Mine coal is tipped, oversized material and foreign objects removed, and scalping screens separate fines to reduce crusher load.
- Primary Crushing Feeder breakers, roll crushers or similar coal-specific equipment reduce material to manageable sizes while preserving product quality.
- Secondary Crushing Secondary systems further reduce coal to intermediate sizes suitable for final screening and classification.
- Screening & Classification Multi-deck vibrating screens separate coal into specific size fractions; oversized material is automatically recirculated for further crushing.
- Tertiary Crushing Where required, tertiary crushing ensures strict compliance with final product size specifications.
- Final Product Preparation Coal products undergo final screening and quality verification before being conveyed to dedicated stockpile areas.
